We are looking for an experienced and engaged method support specialist for Family House!

Family House in Partille is now seeking a method support specialist who wants to help shape the future of social services through early and preventive interventions. With us, you get not just a job – you get the opportunity to be part of a team that truly cares about every individual's future!

The role involves leading the daily work of a team of approximately six family therapists, together with other method support specialists. The position also includes oversight of a team with four field secretaries.

As a method supervisor at our organization, you will:

• Lead and support an engaged team of family therapists and contribute to high quality in our work.
• Play a key role in implementing new methods, routines, and documentation systems.
• Drive the operations towards a knowledge-based social service with a focus on legal certainty and quality.
• Work together with dedicated colleagues who constantly strive to develop and create the best possible conditions for children and young people.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or an education that the employer deems equivalent. We prefer that you have several years of experience in treatment work with children and young people. It is an advantage if you have supervisor training, experience in method development, and leadership experience.

With the ability to see the big picture, you create efficient work processes and are engaged in developing work methods that truly make a difference for our young people. You are quality-conscious and work systematically with follow-up and quality assurance to ensure that the operations meet the requirements and goals that apply.

We work both preventively and therapeutically with parents, children, young people, and families. Currently, 17 people with different competencies and experiences work at Family House.
