General Case Processing Support manages and develops the Agency's general case processing system in collaboration with operations, IT, and adjacent functionalities such as self-service, business architecture, and production systems.

Business Development, Analysis, and Internal Collaboration

As a Business Developer, you are responsible for driving and supporting customer-oriented business development that contributes to realizing the Agency's vision and business idea. You also have a responsibility to identify development needs and translate them into concrete activities.

The role involves monitoring and staying well-informed about current societal developments significant to the Agency, and analyzing potential consequences for operations based on this. The work also includes participating in various networks, contributing to preparatory work, and business planning. The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you have a high level of security awareness.

We are looking for someone who

  • has a university degree or equivalent experience and qualifications
  • has several years of experience from work within the current business area and/or business development
  • has very good knowledge of change and development processes
  • has good knowledge of project management and different forms of collaboration
  • acts on own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
  • has the ability to create a useful network
  • can understand and analyze complex issues
  • brings innovative ideas and solutions that promote development
  • collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
  • has good communication skills, both verbal and written.

It is meritorious if you

  • have experience from work within the current business area
  • have experience with agile working methods
  • have experience working as a product owner
  • have experience working in a large public organization
  • have worked with digitalization and automation.

Other Information

1 position, permanent, full-time, with start date by agreement. Probation period may apply. Some positions with us involve participation in security-sensitive operations. To be employed in such a position, a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) is required.

In accordance with the Agency's security guidelines, background checks are conducted in this recruitment. Remote work is possible if the job allows. In this recruitment, work psychological tests may be used as part of the selection process. Location: Stockholm.
