About the role

As a BIM Strategist and Business Developer for model-based working methods, you will play a central role in ensuring that new IT solutions truly meet the organization's needs, and that processes, information, and systems are integrated from a long-term sustainable holistic perspective.

The role spans both strategic and operational levels, allowing you to work broadly, switch perspectives, and make a difference on multiple fronts within the organization. In this position, you work closely with the business operations and act as a unifying and driving force for the department's digitalization efforts. Key collaborators include other parts of the Network Division working with information management, project work, and maintenance, as well as Svenska Kraftnät's IT Division.

On behalf of the Network Division, you are the unifying force in the work towards model-based working methods and CAD support, linking needs regarding model-based work from engineering, infrastructure projects, and asset management with Svenska Kraftnät's and the Network Division's digitalization strategies. You are an active part of the division's strategic and operational work towards the vision of an efficient and uninterrupted information flow throughout the entire lifecycle of the facility.

You work in close collaboration with, among others, the Network Division's business architects and asset management and development managers. You also sit on the staff for the Control Engineering Department and report directly to the Department Manager.

We are looking for you with a degree as a Civil Engineer or System Scientist, or equivalent competence acquired in other ways that Svenska Kraftnät assesses as equivalent.

Other requirements for the position

• At least 8 years of experience working at the intersection of IT and business, such as leading and driving work with needs analysis, requirements analysis, and recommendations for IT solutions.
• At least 2 years of experience working with IT, information, or business architecture.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading or steering business development projects within larger organizations where the result has involved IT support and new working methods.

Meritorious qualifications for the position include:

• Certification in business or IT architecture, TOGAF Foundation, Sparx EA, or equivalent frameworks or tools.
• Experience in IT governance such as Pm3's governance model or DAMA for information governance.
• Experience in project activities during the planning and design phase within the infrastructure or real estate sector.
• 2 years of experience in project activities during the contracting phase within the infrastructure or real estate sector.
