We are a growing Asian fast food restaurant in Umeå looking for a skilled Senior Chef to join our kitchen team. We focus on fresh, high-quality Asian street food and modern fast-casual dining.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality Asian dishes
- Maintain consistency and presentation standards
- Supervise kitchen operations during shifts
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Assist with menu development and kitchen organization
- Support and train junior kitchen staff
Requirements
- Strong experience in Asian cuisine
- Proven skills in preparing:
- Sushi
- Rice and noodle dishes
- Asian bowls
- Bao
- Experience working in fast-paced kitchens
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
