Chef de Cuisine for Pappa Grappa

We are looking for an engaged and experienced Chef de Cuisine with overall responsibility for Pappa Grappa's kitchens in Norrköping, Linköping, and Söderköping, as well as our event and catering assignments.

As Chef de Cuisine, you are responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and that our kitchens maintain a high and consistent quality level. The role involves both operational work and leadership, where you support our kitchen teams and work closely with the operational management.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

• Lead and coordinate kitchen operations across our restaurants.
• Ensure that menus, recipes, and routines are followed.
• Be responsible for quality, hygiene, and food safety.
• Plan staffing in collaboration with each respective restaurant.
• Monitor raw material costs, waste, and inventory.
• Participate in the development of menus and working methods.
• Take responsibility for the kitchen section during events and catering.

Who We Are Looking For

• Have experience in a leadership role in a restaurant kitchen.
• Are a confident leader with good collaboration skills.
• Have a good understanding of restaurant economics and cost control.
• Work in a structured manner and take responsibility.
• Thrive in an operational role and enjoy developing both people and the business.

A valid driver's license (Category B) is meritorious as the position involves working in multiple locations.
