Responsibilities:

The role is split into two levels:

Senior Timber Constructor: You will focus on our timber structures, including walls, floor slabs, roof structures, noise barriers, beams, and columns. You will produce structural calculations, design documentation, structural drawings, and some production drawings.

Junior Timber Constructor: Your main focus here will be production drawings. Using modern tools, you work in a three-dimensional world where development moves quickly. Your work results in the documentation that your production colleagues use and continue to develop together.

In both roles, you will work in close collaboration with other functions within the company, such as estimators, project managers, and production staff.

Your Profile:

To succeed in the senior role, you should hold a university degree in engineering or a similar higher education with a relevant focus (construction, civil engineering, water resources, or similar). You should have previous experience as a building engineer or building technician with good knowledge of timber construction and structural calculations.

In the junior role, you should be familiar with the construction industry and have good computer skills, but your personal qualities are the most important factor.

Experience from industrial production and knowledge of prefabrication are meritorious for both roles, but not mandatory.
