Our client within the concrete industry needs to expand their workforce and is looking for new employees for their production. The workplace is located in Falkenberg Municipality.

The responsibilities include overseeing casting and reinforcement, as well as ensuring the quality of the finished product. Tasks involve preparing concrete, assembling molds, and controlling that the products meet the required quality standards. The work is scheduled during daytime hours, Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:00. The assignment is intended to start in May and is long-term, with the possibility of taking over the client directly.

To fit into the role, we see that you have a high school diploma and at least a couple of years of work experience. You should be detail-oriented, unpretentious, and enjoy working in a team while simultaneously taking independent responsibility for your work. You should be accustomed to handling tools. In the role of a concrete worker, you need to feel comfortable reading drawings, taking measurements, and giving and receiving constructive feedback.
