Our client in the concrete industry needs to expand its workforce and is looking for new employees for its production. The workplace is located in Falkenberg Municipality.

The work as a window fitter involves installing windows into prefabricated wall elements before they are delivered as the final product to the customer. You will work from drawings and assembly instructions and are responsible for ensuring the windows are installed with high precision and quality. The role also includes performing quality controls to ensure that the products meet current requirements. The work takes place in close collaboration with colleagues in production and requires attention to detail, a quality mindset, and good teamwork skills.

We would appreciate it if you have experience in window installation, construction, or industrial work, but the most important thing is that you are meticulous, hands-on, and have a willingness to learn. Experience with reading drawings and working with hand tools is a plus.
