About the role

At Byggteam, we specialize in insurance-related construction work. This means we handle a wide variety of projects, ranging from repairing a kitchen countertop after a leaking faucet to rebuilding a row of townhouses that have been destroyed by fire. A common denominator is that we almost always work in private individuals' homes.

You will work independently within a team of foremen and project managers. You will be responsible for your projects and manage your own craftsmen.

You must have the ability to build good relationships and deliver high-quality results, as customer contact is a constant part of the role.

Naturally, you have a great group of colleagues nearby. You will have a digital platform at your disposal for retrieving work orders and important information. We work with goal-oriented management, giving you significant opportunities to control your own work.

Your profile

We prefer that you have experience working as a foreman or project manager. Documented knowledge of dehumidification and damage inspections is considered an advantage. The role requires your ability to coordinate and plan, as well as your social skills. Since you are responsible for the projects, you naturally enjoy taking responsibility and are a driven person. To ensure our customers feel safe and comfortable with us, it is crucial that you are professional in your interactions, trustworthy, and have a service-oriented approach. You should thrive in an independent working environment. Experience with MEPS is considered an advantage.

Requirements for the position:

• Valid Class B driver's license
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written
