We take great responsibility for each other and help one another to ensure everyone enjoys working here and that care functions smoothly in Filipstad Municipality. We are located close to each other and share premises with nursing assistants.

Our nursing organization consists of approximately 20 registered nurses/advanced practice nurses responsible for home care in special and ordinary housing, as well as within functional support. We are also responsible for the dementia team, which cares for our patients with cognitive impairment in ordinary housing. Our team also includes assistant nurses with specific extended delegation, who are available to support as needed.

We excel at leveraging the knowledge and experience we share. Our ambition is to see the health in our patients while supporting and caring for them in their illness. We do this with high quality and a big heart, and we are convinced that you can contribute!

Responsibilities

Standard nursing duties within home care.

The position involves day, evening, and weekend shifts (every fourth weekend). We are flexible and open to individual solutions based on preferences.

Qualifications

Registered nurse; both experienced and newly graduated candidates are welcome to apply. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required. As a person, you have genuine commitment, good communication skills, and an empathetic approach. You are detail-oriented and able to prioritize your tasks efficiently.

Conditions
