About NCGeo

NCGeo AB is a leading provider of advanced measurement and positioning technology for the construction and civil engineering industry. We offer, among other things, GNSS equipment, LiDAR scanners, total stations, machine control systems, and other technical solutions that help our customers work more efficiently and precisely.

The company has 18 employees in Sweden and operations that also cover the Norwegian market. Our customers are found within construction, civil engineering, consulting, and the public sector.

The Role

As CEO, you have overall responsibility for the company's growth, profitability, and continued development in Sweden and Norway. You lead the operations with full P&L responsibility and drive both strategic and operational development.

The focus of the role is to create profitable growth, strengthen the market position, and further develop the core business.

You are responsible for developing and implementing the commercial strategy, leading and developing sales efforts, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term customer relationships. The role also includes leadership of the organization, recruitment and development of employees, and creating a strong and performance-oriented corporate culture.

Furthermore, you have full P&L and budget responsibility, report to the board and owners, and ensure efficient operational management. You also develop strategic supplier relationships and represent the company in international collaborations.

We are looking for you who

Are an experienced leader with a strong commercial profile and a documented ability to deliver results.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of experience working in roles such as CEO, Sales Director, Country Manager, or equivalent senior position.
• Documented success in B2B sales of technical products or solutions.
• Experience from the construction and civil engineering industry, geomatics, mechanical engineering, or related technical markets.
• Good financial understanding and experience working with P&L responsibility.
• Experience in developing businesses, improving profitability, and driving change initiatives.
• An established network within the construction and civil engineering sector is an advantage.
• Fluency in Swedish (written and spoken) and good knowledge of English.
