Vanadis Energy is developing the future of energy storage through groundbreaking battery technology. Our proprietary Vanadium Solid-State Battery (VSSB) represents a new generation of safe and high-performance energy storage systems, featuring a manufacturing model that enables rapid global scaling. Simultaneously, we are developing innovative zinc-ion batteries for a variety of applications.

We are now looking for several Production Operators for our facility in Rosersberg. Here, you will have the opportunity to be part of the team from the start, building a modern battery factory alongside dedicated colleagues from around the world.

About the Role

As a Production Operator, you will become a vital part of our production team. You will work hands-on with the manufacturing, assembly, and testing of battery cells, contributing to ensuring high quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Assemble, manufacture, and test battery cells and components.
• Handle materials, components, tools, and finished products according to established procedures.
• Perform quality control checks and document production results.
• Prepare, change over, and clean production equipment, as well as perform basic troubleshooting.
• Contribute to a safe, well-organized, and efficient workplace following 5S principles.
• Report deviations, improvement suggestions, and safety observations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support various parts of the production process as needed.

• You have good proficiency in English. Swedish is an asset.
• Experience from manufacturing, process industry, or other production environments is an asset but not required.
