Responsibilities Assemble and inspect medical technology products according to specifications and quality requirements. Participate in improvement work and quality assurance activities. You will work to maintain a good working environment and adhere to the company's guidelines and regulations. Work in accordance with current occupational health and safety legislation and quality standards. Handle and maintain machinery and equipment safely. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of products. Since the work takes place in a production environment, it may occasionally be physically demanding.

Working hours are primarily scheduled in 3 or 5 shifts, but all types of shift patterns may occur.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or relevant work experience (experience from industry and production).
• Very good knowledge of spoken, written, and reading comprehension in Swedish.
• Ability to work all types of shifts.
• Experience in documentation, e.g., deviation reporting, familiarity with working with protocols, recipes, logbooks, or similar (a documentation test will be conducted during the interview).
• Documented proficiency in systems, e.g., SAP or equivalent.

Merits:

• At least two years of work experience is desirable. Preferably within industry and production, especially in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with GMP and LEAN.
• Forklift license according to TLP10 A1-4 and B1-4.
