About the position

Our clients have extensive experience and a good reputation within operations and maintenance in the Lund/Malmö region. They manage outdoor areas around various municipal spaces, commercial properties, and residential areas. You will start from the client's base each day and be part of the team/group that collaborates to achieve the best results. Although you are employed as a consultant, you work for the same company throughout the period.

Employment: Full-time, for the season (via Montico rented to client)
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 16:00
Salary: According to collective agreement
Start: Immediately

Requirements to proceed in the recruitment process:

• Category B driver's license (manual transmission)
• Ability to communicate and read in Swedish
• Good physical fitness

Experience and education in gardening are highly meritorious. So is trailer experience and good local knowledge.

Job Description

You will work with routine tasks within outdoor maintenance, primarily in residential areas and other properties. This involves maintaining plantings, trimming grass and paving stones, hedge cutting, and leaf blowing. Pruning and planting may occur. Cleaning is often included in the tasks.
