Citydoggis is looking for a Dog Caretaker for our centrally located dog daycare in Västra Hamnen, Malmö

We offer professional care for dogs of all sizes and ages. Our operations strive to create a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for the dogs while delivering high-quality service to their owners.

We are looking for someone who...

• Has education in dog care (Dog Caretaker, animal care, or other relevant education)
• Has previous experience working at a dog daycare
• Is responsible, meticulous, and has a genuine interest in dogs and their well-being
• Is stress-resistant
• Can handle high noise levels
• Is self-motivated and takes responsibility
• Is accustomed to working independently
• Is accustomed to working in a team in close collaboration with colleagues
• Has good physical fitness and enjoys an active job outdoors in all weather conditions
• Takes initiative – there is always a task to be done
• Has good communication skills and can provide excellent and professional service when interacting with dog owners
• Has a genuine love for dogs!

Your responsibilities include...

• Receiving and releasing dogs at opening and closing times
• Ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of all dogs
• Performing daily supervision, maintenance, and cleaning of the daycare premises and outdoor areas
• Handling any problems or conflicts that arise between dogs in a safe and professional manner
• Following the daycare's routines, guidelines, and policies

We offer a probationary employment and welcome applicants for both part-time and full-time positions, permanent contracts, as well as needs-based and hourly employment.
