About the Key Account Manager Role
In the role of Key Account Manager, you will be part of a team consisting of five people. Together with the sales team, you will play a vital role in continuing to build, drive, and develop relationships with existing customers. You will have overall responsibility for the entire business, including driving the entire sales process from contract to signed agreement.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Overall responsibility for the entire business, from contract to signed agreement.
- Actively work on maintaining and processing new and existing business opportunities.
- Drive improvement and development work of the sales process.
- Educate customers on the product range.
- Create sales targets and ensure the right conditions are in place to achieve set goals.
Your contacts extend broadly both within the organization and externally towards a wide customer portfolio. You report to the Sales Manager.
About You
We are looking for you who have a high school education and some years of work experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within solar energy, electrical wholesale, or another technical direction. As the role involves some travel, a valid driver's license (Category B) is required. You have good knowledge of the Microsoft package and communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Experience from working in a growth company and having overall responsibility for businesses is meritorious.
As a person, you are driven by working in a sales role where the customer experience is central. You are results-oriented and thrive in an environment characterized by sometimes high tempo, with the common goal of finding the best solution for both the customer and the organization. Furthermore, you are a team player and unpretentious, motivated by building, managing, and developing relationships.
Requirements for the position:
- Work experience in B2B sales.
- High school education.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
- Fluent communication in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft package.
- Norwegian or Danish is meritorious.
- Experience from battery storage is meritorious.
