Job Description
Do you want to work in an international environment where you can combine administration, customer contact, and logistics? We are now looking for a German-speaking administrative coordinator to join a growing team within vehicle logistics in central Stockholm. In this role, you will become part of the company's logistics department, where the team is responsible for coordinating and administering car transports between sellers and buyers across Europe. The work involves extensive contact with sellers, buyers, and carriers to ensure that every delivery runs smoothly and according to plan. You will work in a team in Stockholm together with colleagues who handle bookings, administration, and follow-up of transports. This role is perfect for you who enjoy structure, communication, and having many contact points.
Your Responsibilities
- Administer and coordinate car transports between sellers and buyers
- Book transports and follow up on deliveries
- Maintain ongoing contact with customers, suppliers, and carriers
- Ensure that transports are carried out according to plan
- Handle documentation and administrative tasks related to deliveries
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in the logistics team
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Is fluent in German, both spoken and written
- Can work full-time, is analytical, and detail-oriented
- Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Has good teamwork skills, as you will collaborate closely with your team
It is an advantage if you have previous experience in logistics, preferably import & export, and if you have experience from the automotive industry (e.g., CMR and COC documents).
While experience in the automotive industry/logistics is a plus, it is also important to us that the right person fits into our team. If you feel you match the profile – try applying anyway!
