We are currently looking for a Test and Development Engineer in Vehicle Verification for our client.

About the assignment

As a Test and Development Engineer, you are responsible for planning, preparing, and conducting vehicle testing in various test environments. You analyze and document test results and work closely with functional owners and developers to support continuous product development. The role also involves planning and coordinating testing activities together with relevant test environments and projects.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, communicative, and solution-oriented, and who thrives working both practically and analytically in an advanced technical environment.

Location: On-site in Gothenburg, with some work at a test facility outside Borås.

Assignment period: Start as soon as possible or by agreement. The assignment runs for 12 months with the possibility of extension.

Must-have requirements

• The consultant must hold a BSc or MSc in a relevant field, or equivalent post-secondary education.
• The consultant must have at least 7 years of experience in verification and testing related to the automotive industry.
• The consultant has experience with Vector tools such as CANalyzer, as well as logging and diagnostic tools for automotive applications.
• The consultant must have experience leading teams and planning work.
• The consultant is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• The consultant must have a Swedish Category B driver's license.

Nice-to-have requirements

• The consultant has previously developed test methods.
• The consultant has knowledge and experience in programming languages such as Python.
• The consultant has a test track driving license from, for example, Hällered, equivalent to T2.
• The consultant has a Category C or CE driver's license.
• The consultant has experience with ISO 26262.
