Alfa eCare develops digital solutions for healthcare, social care, and the public sector. Their systems are used by both municipal and private organizations, supporting users in everything from planning and documentation to digital signatures and other vital parts of daily operations in care.

They have approximately 140 employees in the Nordic region with offices in Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. Here, you will work closely with the product, the business operations, and the users in an organization with short decision-making paths and good opportunities to influence.

This is a direct recruitment where Mero assists in the recruitment process, but employment is directly with Alfa eCare.

About the Role

As a Fullstack Developer at Alfa eCare, you will work on the further development of digital products used in critical parts of the welfare sector. The role involves largely improving existing systems, building new features, working with integrations, and solving technical problems in a product environment with many users and high demands for stability.

You will work broadly across both backend and frontend, involved from analysis and technical solution design to development, testing, release, and continuous improvements. You will have close dialogue with other developers, product owners, tech leads, and support to understand needs, prioritize correctly, and build solutions that work in practice.

For the right person, there is also an opportunity to take a more cohesive responsibility within the team, for example, by being a key link to support and helping to hold together parts of the operational work.

About You

We are looking for you who have several years of experience as a fullstack developer and thrive in a product organization where you get to work closely with technology, product, and users. You are confident in both backend and frontend and have experience working in existing systems where quality, stability, and collaboration are important.

We would like you to have experience with:

• .NET/C# and T-SQL

• TypeScript, jQuery, and Angular

• Integrations via e.g., REST and SOAP

• Agile working methods and close collaboration in teams

As a person, you are communicative, responsible, and solution-oriented. You have drive but also a good understanding of the big picture and enjoy finding solutions together with others. Experience with critical societal systems, healthcare and social care, public sector, React Native, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, or test automation is a plus.

Location: Malmö, with the possibility to work remotely 1–2 days a week
