• Assignment period: Until March 31, 2027, with the possibility of extension.

About the assignment

Our client is on a strong growth journey and is seeking a Daily Operations Manager with overall responsibility for daily operations and personnel management for several smaller specialist teams. The role is initially an interim assignment with the possibility of extension.

You will become a key link between the company's employees, management, and external partners. The role combines operational leadership with process development and a strategic perspective on how the business should develop in line with continued growth.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

• Have personnel responsibility for several specialist teams and ensure a good working environment.
• Handle issues related to labor law, work permits, and employment conditions in close collaboration with HR.
• Be responsible for onboarding, capacity planning, and daily operational activities.
• Develop, implement, and follow up on processes, routines, and working methods for an efficient operation.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency in operational flows.
• Act as the link between the business and IT, and coordinate needs related to digital system support.
• Develop and implement purchasing routines in accordance with current legislation.
• Build and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in management group work and contribute an operational and business perspective.
• Provide close support to business management in matters concerning operational activities.

We are looking for someone who has

• Documented experience of personnel responsibility as a line manager or equivalent.
• Experience of working environment issues and labor law matters.
• Experience from industry or the private sector and a business-minded approach.
• Experience of grant-funded operations, for example through Vinnova, EU, or similar projects.
• Experience of building and developing processes and working methods in organizations undergoing change.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have experience from research, technology, or laboratory environments, have worked as an Operations Manager, Site Manager, or in a similar role, and have experience with international recruitment, work permits, or operations with high confidentiality requirements.
