Job Description

We are looking for two Digital Communicators to work with a government agency in Solna. There are two different specializations: one Digital Communicator focused on external communication via the client's website, and one Digital Communicator focused on internal communication on the client's intranet. To apply for these roles, we prefer that you have a university degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of work experience in a similar position.

Duration: September 1 – December 23, 2026 – with possibility of extension

Location: The client's headquarters are located in Solna, with some possibility of remote work by agreement.

Responsibilities

As a Digital Communicator, you will develop and manage content in digital channels. This involves audience adaptation, editing, and publishing on the web. You will package accessible and search-optimized text, as well as images and, in some cases, video, for the web.

We are seeking two Digital Communicators based on the above description with two specific focuses:

• A Digital Communicator focused on external communication via our website (av.se).
• A Digital Communicator focused on internal communication via our intranet.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• University degree, for example in media and communication or equivalent education, and at least five (5) years of work experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of digital communication and social media.
• Knowledge of web publishing tools (e.g., Episerver, Sitevision, etc.).
• Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Matomo, Piwik Pro, Siteimprove, etc.).
• Knowledge of optimization and development of digital channels.
• Knowledge of usability and accessibility for digital channels.
• Good skills in MS Office or equivalent.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of plain language principles.
