DUTIES

As a special educator at Högalidskolans upper secondary level, you work in close collaboration with the principal and staff at the school. The work involves developing and designing pedagogical work at both group and individual levels, as well as at the organizational level, from a promoting, preventive, and remedial perspective, in cooperation with the principal. You will support educators in structuring their teaching so that education becomes accessible, inclusive, and fosters participation for all children.

You act as a support in the work teams' efforts, particularly regarding the need for pedagogical mapping/action plans.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a degree in special education or other education assessed as equivalent by the employer. As a person, you should be good at communicating, be relationship-building, and see development opportunities in both children and adults. You should have the ability to analyze opportunities at the organizational, group, and individual levels. We see that you have experience and the ability to collaborate with others and that you can flexibly meet different needs in the operation. You should be creative and willing to find solutions where the best interests of the children are in focus. We place great importance on personal suitability.
