About the Workplace
At Outpatient Care 2, we work at a specialist psychiatric level with assessment, evaluation, and treatment for patients with affective disorders, anxiety syndromes, PTSD, and personality disorders. We have an established bipolar program, a clinic-wide DBT team, and an OCD team.
We are a large clinic where work is interdisciplinary but also conducted in collaboration with psychologist colleagues. The clinic employs psychologists, psychotherapists, social workers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, assistant nurses, doctors, and secretaries.
The Psychiatry Department covers both outpatient and inpatient care and assists patients in Jämtland County who need specialist psychiatric care. The department has approximately 270 employees in total.
Within the psychiatric clinic in Östersund, all specialist care is housed under one roof, providing opportunities for close collaboration within and between professions and internal mobility with chances for personal development for you as an employee.
The clinic collaborates with MIU's psychology program, involving psychology graduates and psychology assistants in patient work. We also employ PTP (Psychologist Training Program) psychologists at the clinic.

Job Responsibilities
In your role, in addition to basic clinical work, you will have tasks that may include:
- Plan and conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, counseling, and treatment, including in complex cases.
- Support colleagues in cases.
- Contribute a psychological perspective and knowledge in collaboration with other professions and the organization as a whole.
- Contribute to the evaluation and development of operations and clinical processes.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist.
