Every year, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan) makes 21 million decisions that impact people's lives and society as a whole. We disburse approximately 260 billion SEK annually. These are tax revenues we are entrusted with, which is a significant responsibility. Therefore, we delve into every case, adhere to laws and regulations, provide information and guidance, show care, and demonstrate empathy. This is a job for you if you want to take responsibility. Welcome to Försäkringskassan.

Are you a relationship-building leader who is passionate about creating goal-oriented teams with psychological safety and engagement? Do you enjoy working in a production-driven operation where quality and quantity go hand in hand? Do you see the big picture, capture ideas, implement them, and dare to challenge, develop, and coach your employees? Then you are the one we are looking for!

Recovery of overpayments is a prioritized focus area for Försäkringskassan, and your work will be a crucial part of our mission where you will work in our new department. We are strengthening our ability to combat benefit fraud through the Benefit Fraud Department, where we consolidate Försäkringskassan's competence, knowledge, and capacity in this area.
