Your role as SupervisorAs a supervisor, you will work with varied and exciting tasks within our tunnel cleaning operations. In this role, you will plan, execute, and follow up on work performed in tunnels, primarily in Stockholm and the Mälaren Valley, as well as on bridges across the country.
In this position, you will lead and distribute tasks within the project, with a special focus on our administrative systems. You will be responsible for invoicing, ordering, and other follow-up activities. The role also involves support and follow-up in the field alongside your colleagues during night shifts. You will serve as a key leadership function for our professional employees and as the coordinating contact for our subcontractors and clients. Additionally, you will support the site manager in daily operations. It is a fantastic role for someone who can turn theory into practice and vice versa.
The position is full-time, based out of Svevia's establishment in Tumba, where you report directly to the site manager. Working hours include daytime shifts, but night work is also part of the role. On-call duty is included during the winter half-year. Svevia applies individual salary setting.
Who are you?We would like you to have:
- At least a couple of years of work experience in operation and maintenance work in urban environments.
- Documented experience working as a supervisor.
- Post-secondary education, for example from a university or relevant vocational higher education (YH).
- Advantageous: A vehicle technical or mechanical background from previous practice or education.
- Advantageous: Experience performing work with traffic in the vicinity.
Your personality is important to us! You are motivated by structure, order, and clarity, and possess a productive and administrative mindset. You are confident and trustworthy, have a business-like approach with a focus on profitability, and create good collaborations with customers and employees. You solve problems independently, take initiative, make decisions naturally, and value clear communication at all levels. We are looking for someone with good computer skills, interested in digital working methods and processes. A Class C driver's license is required as the work revolves around truck equipment.
