Boston Group Security is establishing its Swedish operations within security solutions and is now looking for a Key Account Manager who wants to take a key role in the build-up. Here you will be responsible for driving business within physical and electronic security – from initial contact to long-term customer collaboration.

About the role

You are responsible for developing Boston Group Security's business in the Swedish market. The role combines strategic sales work with significant individual business responsibility and suits you if you thrive with freedom under responsibility.

Initially, the focus will be on establishing the business by identifying new customers, booking and conducting customer meetings, and building a stable customer portfolio. As the business grows, an increasingly larger part of the role will involve developing existing customers, creating upselling opportunities, and building long-term partnerships.

You work with complex sales within physical and electronic security, including access control systems and integrated security solutions. The role requires a consultative approach where you immerse yourself in the customer's operations and translate needs into relevant solutions.

You are responsible for forecasts, sales planning, and follow-up, and you work closely with the Nordic organization within Boston Group Security.

The position is based at your home office and involves business travel within Sweden.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have experience in qualified B2B sales and are accustomed to driving complex business with strategic customers. You thrive in a role where you both create new business and develop existing customers.

You likely have experience from the security industry or related technical areas and feel comfortable in longer sales processes where relationship, structure, and stamina are crucial. Most importantly, you have a strong business sense, understand complex solution selling, and are motivated by creating growth.

As a person, you are business-driven, self-starting, and proactive. You have an easy time building trust, see opportunities in new contacts, and thrive in an environment where you get to help build something from the ground up.

You are fluent in both Swedish and English, in speaking and writing.
