Are you looking for one of the best jobs in the world? 🤩 A flexible job where you feel that YOU make a big difference for another person?! A job with many opportunities, but without stress? Then you should apply for a job with us as a PERSONAL ASSISTANT!

We are currently looking for you who are interested in a cozy assignment with a pleasant man in his 60s living in Lit, 2 miles north of Östersund. It is easy to get to beautiful Lit by public transport, and the schedule can also be adapted to fit bus times if necessary. 😊

As a personal assistant, you will help with things the man cannot do himself, such as assistance with transfers, dressing and undressing, and other tasks typically included in personal assistance. He speaks clearly, so no interpreter is needed. The man lives alone in a spacious, adapted apartment. He enjoys all kinds of sports, horse racing, fishing, bowling, restaurant visits, spending time with family and friends, and much more, of course. With your help, life is full of possibilities!

Working hours 🕰️ 📆 are 6–7 shifts/month (from 15:00 to 12:30 the next day with sleeping on-call duty).

You will, of course, receive more information during a potential interview!

Please note that you MUST have full proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written!

Experience with disabilities, care, stroke, and assistive devices is an advantage but absolutely not a requirement, as you will learn these things quite quickly! Personal chemistry is the most important factor 😃

Interested? Apply now by emailing your CV/personal letter to [email protected]. Do not forget to mark your application with "ref 2-26" (so we know which assignment you are applying for).

Start date by agreement.

The following apply to all assignments with us:

  • Thorough introduction and training before starting
  • Regular further education
  • Office coffee breaks
  • Wellness allowance of 4,000 SEK/year (for full-time employees)
  • Regular staff meetings
  • Health checks approx. every 3rd year for those who wish
  • Collective agreement via Fremia - Kommunal, which for those over 40 years old means higher vacation pay than many other collective agreements for personal assistants
  • Occupational pension via Pensionsvalet
  • Occupational accident insurance
  • Parental benefit supplement
  • Sickness insurance
  • Group life insurance via Afa for you and your family

Please note that your application will be read by the man, his relatives, and office staff.

We keep your application for 2 months, after which it is shredded. If you want your application returned, please state this directly in your application or email us!
