Do you want to be part of it from the beginning?

We are currently looking for 2–3 personal assistants to join a brand-new assistance team. Our client is moving to the scenic Höga Kusten area, just south of Örnsköldsvik. We are seeking individuals who want to be involved from the start.

Since the team is being built from scratch, you will have the opportunity to influence work methods, routines, and team dynamics right from the beginning. We are looking for assistants who wish to develop within their role and profession.

About the Client

The client lives with extensive pain issues that vary from day to day. Some days require significant support, while on other days, the client is considerably more independent.

The client enjoys an active life and loves being outdoors in nature, woodworking, chopping firewood, going on excursions, and listening to music. The role involves providing support based on the client's daily condition and contributing to a secure and meaningful everyday life.

Experience in personal assistance or care and nursing is advantageous but not required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Valid Category B driver's license
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Experience in personal assistance or care and nursing
