Our leadership compass consists of four areas:

The compass helps us reach our long-term goals, lead and develop our operations and business forward, and serves as a tool to lead ourselves and others.

Main responsibilities

Who are you?

As a person, you possess a natural ability to coach and lead others. You strive to be a role model for your employees and, through your strong engagement, create a good working climate in the group every day. As a leader, you value clarity, involvement, and want to develop together with your colleagues to find new solutions.

You enjoy providing good service, building fine relationships, and want to give quality of life to our customers. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about elderly care and can see the individual's needs.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Trained assistant nurse (undersköterska) or equivalent professional experience, preferably within elderly care.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Merits if you also have:

  • Previous experience of leadership, coordination, or planning.
  • Experience in elderly care.
