About the Company

We are looking for transfer operators for our client in Svenljunga for upcoming needs during the autumn. Here you will work in a modern production environment where quality, precision, and engagement are in focus. Job Description

As a print & transfer operator, you are part of the production flow from planning to delivery. You work closely with colleagues to ensure that every product gets the right print and finish with a focus on quality in every step. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Applying print and transfer according to established specifications
  • Following the production plan and delivery schedules
  • Performing quality controls and contributing to efficient flows
  • Collaborating with the team for the best results every day
  • Occasionally supporting with simpler warehouse or post-processing tasks if needed

The work may involve both day shifts and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are meticulous, quality-conscious, and enjoy practical work at a high pace. You have an eye for detail and understand the importance of performing every step correctly so that the final result maintains the highest quality. To succeed in the role, we see that you:

  • Have experience with, or an interest in, print and transfer, preferably within textile production
  • Work in a structured and responsible manner
  • Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Hold a B driver's license and have access to a car
  • Are meticulous and have a strong focus on quality
  • Enjoy working in a production environment with clear routines and high demands for precision
  • Are flexible and can work both during the day and in shifts when needed
  • Are good at collaborating, while also being able to work independently when required

It is an advantage if you have experience with warehouse management, order picking, or other tasks within production, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and willingness to learn.
