LetsGig AB is looking for a meticulous drawing and documentation specialist with experience in AutoCAD, Chaos, or a comparable documentation system, as well as technical facility documentation. This role is ideal for someone strong in drawing management, document registration, redlining, and quality assurance of technical documentation.

This is a qualified consultancy assignment where you will become part of a project organization working with system support, documentation, and facility information in a larger technical environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for tasks such as:

• Updating drawing documentation in AutoCAD.
• Implementing requested facility changes in digital drawing documentation.
• Cleaning up digital drawings based on redlines and revision documents.
• Registering and updating documentation in Chaos or a similar system.
• Linking documentation and drawings to facility components in the system.
• Quality assurance of documentation prior to handover from project to maintenance.
• Checking deliveries, delivery plans, and technical documentation.
• Moving and handling documentation between databases.
• Supporting the organization in finding, providing, and checking existing facility documentation.
• Support in handling relationship documents and maintenance documentation.

Workplace and Working Methods

The work is primarily performed from LetsGig's office, from home, or another agreed-upon workplace via a virtual desktop. Physical presence in Gothenburg and business travel may occur as needed. You must be able to work structured in digital system environments and handle information with high accuracy and confidentiality.

For the assignment, you must be able to obtain system access and provide the necessary information for account and permission applications. You need access to a computer, mobile phone, and a stable internet connection. An AutoCAD license must be available for the assignment.

Requirements

You must meet all the following requirements:

• At least one year of documented experience in CAD work using AutoCAD.
• At least one year of documented experience in Adtollo Chaos or a comparable drawing/documentation system.
• Competence to clean up digital drawings based on redlines or other revision documents.
• Competence to handle and register documents in digital drawing databases.
• Experience with technical documentation, relationship documents, maintenance documentation, or facility documentation.
• Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
• Ability to verify your experience through a CV, skills list, and relevant reference contacts.

Additional Qualifications

It is highly advantageous if you also have:

• Experience with Chaos Maintenance, maintenance database, or similar drawing database.
• Experience with Maximo, GusMaximo, or a comparable maintenance/facility system.
• Experience linking documents/drawings to facility components.
• Experience with handover from project to maintenance.
• Experience with delivery plans, delivery cards, relationship documents, or technical document deliveries.
• Experience from roads, railways, technical infrastructure, real estate, industry, or other facility-intensive environments.
• Experience in quality assurance of technical documentation.
• Availability to start quickly for longer assignments.
