About the Company

Are you a service-oriented person who thrives on varied tasks and daily customer contact? Then the role of Property Concierge (Fastighetsvärd) might be right for you. As a Property Concierge, you play a central role in creating safe, pleasant, and well-maintained living environments for our tenants. You are often the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, fault reports, and matters related to move-ins and move-outs. The role involves significant personal responsibility, and you plan and prioritize your daily work independently. At Clockwork, we are now looking for a star for a fixed-term position between September and the turn of the year with one of our attractive clients. You will start as a consultant through us, and for the right person, a permanent position may become available.

Your Responsibilities

The tasks are varied and include, among other things, inspections and minor repairs. Additionally, you will handle disturbance cases and supervise common areas of the properties, such as laundry rooms, trash rooms, cellars, storage rooms, and outdoor areas. In addition to the practical tasks, the role includes administration in the form of invoice accounting, ordering, and forecasting.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have a high school education, a valid driver's license (Category B), and good knowledge of Swedish and English. Additional language skills are meritorious. We would like you to have experience in service-oriented work and some administrative experience. As a person, you are engaged, responsible, and structured. You enjoy meeting people and have a natural sense for service. You are solution-oriented, have practical skills, and can handle periods of high tempo without losing focus. The role also requires that you are self-assured, have good teamwork skills, and can make decisions even when the situation is challenging.
