Habiliteringen Dalarna is a county-wide specialist service offering support to children, young people, and adults with congenital or early-acquired disabilities. We are located in five towns in Dalarna and work county-wide, where medical, psychological, social, and pedagogical expertise collaborate to provide the best possible support for our patients and their families.

Here, you work in a dedicated team where you have the opportunity to influence your working hours and develop in your professional role. We are now looking for a nurse for the habilitation center in Mora - could it be you we are looking for?

As a nurse at the habilitation center, you play a vital role in the medical care of our patients. Your duties include, among other things:

• Reception work and preparations for doctor's visits
• Follow-up of medication and sample collection
• Telephone advice via Tele Q
• Prescribing incontinence aids and nutritional materials
• Advice and support in medical matters as well as guidance for patients, relatives, and healthcare staff

Collaboration with other team members as well as other activities within healthcare.

You will receive an introduction, support from a supervisor and mentor, and the opportunity to participate in professional meetings with nursing colleagues in the county. We offer job shadowing prior to employment.

• Daytime position with flexible working hours and the possibility of some remote work

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Valid B-class driver's license
• Experience or knowledge of various disabilities
