Do you want to develop and optimize manufacturing processes while providing technical support to production? Are you a meticulous and problem-solving person with experience in production technology and CNC? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

e-Component is in an expansion phase, and we now need to strengthen the team with another production technician specializing in CNC. In this role, you will work closely with the production team and contribute to both efficiency and quality. As a production technician, you will help develop the department, focusing on process optimization, technical support, and continuous improvements to ensure efficient production and a safe working environment.

About the role

To succeed as a production technician, you need the ability to create structure, engagement, and good collaborations in a growing business. You thrive when taking responsibility, analyzing problems, and driving improvements together with production managers, your team, and colleagues. Your focus is on ensuring efficient and well-functioning production while contributing to a positive work environment and development. You are also willing to cover for colleagues and assist with other tasks that may arise. Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Optimize manufacturing processes and create instructions, fixtures, and tools.
• Develop and improve methods to increase efficiency and quality in production.
• Provide technical support to operators, as well as analyze and resolve deviations.
• Contribute to the maintenance and operational reliability of machines and equipment.
• Plan and conduct training, and mentor new employees.

We are looking for you who

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in production technology, preferably with a background in CNC. You have good knowledge of tools, manufacturing methods, and reading technical drawings. As a person, you are meticulous, problem-solving, and have a natural ability to collaborate with others. You are proactive, pedagogical, and enjoy working in a team. You are motivated by developing both processes and people, and you naturally focus on improvement and results.
