Our Operations

The Rehabilitation Department organizes the hospital's occupational therapists, physiotherapists, counselors, and speech therapists. We are responsible for interventions on the hospital's various wards within the medicine and surgery areas, as well as specialized outpatient care. The team currently consists of approximately 30 employees, some new to their profession and others with extensive experience in their roles. As a new employee, you will be offered a tailored introduction with the possibility of a mentor for guidance, security, and development in your role as a physiotherapist.

Your Role

As a physiotherapist, your task is to work person-centered together with other colleagues, based on the patients' individual conditions and needs. Tasks may include functional assessments, training, and fitting of assistive devices. Together with the patient, we focus on interventions that support a safe and secure return home. Supervision and training in transfer techniques for ward staff, as well as student supervision, may be part of the role.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist. If you have previous experience working as a physiotherapist, it is something we value, but we also welcome recent graduates. As a person, you view life positively, have good collaboration skills, and enjoy working in a team while feeling a strong sense of responsibility for your own contribution and our patients. A valid B-class driver's license is required.
