Are you an experienced IT specialist who thrives in working broadly within Microsoft environments, IT security, and infrastructure? Are you motivated by creating stable, secure, and well-functioning IT solutions? Then you might be the one we are looking for!
About the role
At BTJ, we are looking for an IT specialist who will become a key part of the operations and strategic development of our system environment. Together with the rest of the IT team and our operations partner, you will work on both the daily management and the development of our IT infrastructure.
In this role, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Administration of Microsoft 365 (Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, etc.).
- Monitoring, maintenance, and further development of BTJ's server and system landscape, which mainly consists of Microsoft Server.
- PC support, user profiles, and Active Directory (AD).
- Windows license management and optimization.
- Configuration, maintenance, and further development of backup solutions, firewalls, and other infrastructure.
- Network configuration, including routers, switches, and access points.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with at least five years of relevant work experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or system administration. You have a broad technical knowledge base and experience with architecture, design, and support in both on-premises environments and Azure.
You have experience in designing, maintaining, and developing IT security solutions, as well as working with monitoring, alerting, and Microsoft architecture. You are also familiar with backup solutions, such as Veeam or similar, and have experience with network configuration regarding routing, subnets, firewalls, DNS, and VPN.
We would appreciate if you have good skills in PC support, Intune, and local AD. Experience in setting up build and deployment processes, as well as test and production environments, is a plus.
To thrive in this role, we believe you are curious about new technology and enjoy sharing your knowledge with colleagues. In this recruitment process, we will place great emphasis on your personal qualities, focusing on collaboration, flexibility, and self-leadership.
At BTJ, we value being professional, personal, and passionate – and we believe these values reflect both your work approach and your commitment.
