Region Skåne is facing continued digitalization with increasing demands for collaboration, information exchange, and reuse, both internally and in cooperation with national actors. To meet this, we are now looking for a Domain Architect for Integration with the assignment to guide, coordinate, and develop target visions and architecture for Region Skåne's integration solutions.

As a Domain Architect within Integration, you will belong to a unit responsible for integration and information. You will be responsible for ensuring that the integration architecture long-term supports Region Skåne's goals, follows relevant regulations, and enables secure, efficient, and sustainable digital development.

The role of Domain Architect for Integration is a strategic and responsible architecture role. You own the architecture issues within the integration domain and work for wholeness, reuse, and coordination across organizational and system boundaries.

The integration domain includes common integration solutions, platforms, principles, and patterns that enable information exchange between systems internally within Region Skåne as well as externally towards national and other collaborating parties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Domain Architect, you will among other things:

• Be responsible for the planning, development, and management of the architecture within the integration domain.
• Develop and manage target visions, target architectures, principles, guidelines, and instructions for integration.
• Promote the reuse and coordination of integration solutions so that initiatives are not developed in isolation.
• Ensure that integration solutions meet regulatory, security, and functional requirements.
• Participate in and drive architecture assessments, advisory services, and support efforts for projects, management, or other initiatives.
• Collaborate with other domain architects, the chief architect, and relevant business and IT functions.
• Follow developments in the field and contribute to Region Skåne developing its capabilities for integration and information exchange.

The role may also, if necessary, involve participation in initiatives to develop or introduce architectures with a clear strategic focus.

QUALIFICATIONS

Are you the one we are looking for?

We welcome you who have the following experience and competence:

• Technical university/college education or other education that the employer deems relevant.
• Extensive experience in integration, integration platforms, and both developing and delivering on created integration architecture.
• Ability to work strategically and long-term, while also appreciating and being able to support concrete initiatives.
• Good understanding of complex IT landscapes, information flows, and dependencies.
• Experience in developing and anchoring principles, target architectures, and governing documents.
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with both technical and business-oriented roles.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

With a methodical and solution-oriented approach, you drive the work forward and ensure that what you start is also completed. Through your holistic perspective, you ensure that the architecture aligns with the region's long-term strategy and business goals while driving the work forward in an efficient and structured manner.

Salary range: 57,000 - 65,000 SEK/month.

Digitalization IT and MT provides support and service to all operations in Region Skåne and works strategically and developmentally to promote digitalization and digital transformation. The administration contributes to the introduction of a modern and cohesive digital care environment while existing IT/MT services are operated, managed, and delivered in a professional and cost-effective manner according to the operations' expectations. Digitalization IT and MT is also responsible for maintaining the operational safety of medical technology products and supporting with technical competence in medical technology-related matters.

Digitalization IT and MT covers five business areas with approximately 550 employees. The administration is represented at all hospital areas in Skåne with its headquarters in Lund.
