ELFA Assistans i Sverige AB provides personal assistance for individuals with disabilities who wish to live an active and developing life. All operations are conducted based on the intentions of the LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), focusing on the individual's right to participation, self-determination, integrity, and influence. Our vision is for the company to be regarded as a competent and personal assistance provider that achieves high results in satisfaction among users, relatives, and employees through collaboration.

We are looking for you who want to work all shifts; day, evening, weekend, and awake night. Initially, we are seeking hourly substitutes with the possibility of a permanent position and fixed schedule if the collaboration works well.

Working as a personal assistant is fantastic, important, challenging, fun, and completely life-changing for both you and your user with their family.

For Theo's days and nights to function smoothly, you need to be organized, responsible, positive, and solution-focused. The work largely aims to help the entire family function and feel well, as the whole family is affected by how Theo is doing and how secure his assistants feel. This means you need to have strong social skills with a balanced sense of tact.
