About the role: As an Electronic Engineer, you will work practically with the development, testing, and verification of electronics for prototype igniters and programmable ammunition. You will build prototypes, solder, conduct lab work, and analyze hardware-level electronics, microcontrollers, and C code. You will also perform tests in both laboratory environments and on shooting ranges in Sweden and Norway. You will be part of an electronics and igniter development team, collaborating closely with mechanical engineers and other technical functions.

We are looking for someone who: Holds a university degree or Master of Science in Engineering in Electronics, with experience in electronics development, testing, or lab work. Requirements include knowledge of microcontrollers, C programming, and PCB/board design. Knowledge of RF technology, data loggers, sensors, and power supplies is a plus. You are meticulous, safety-conscious, and thrive in a practical, lab-oriented engineering role.

Practical information: The position is full-time, primarily based on-site in Lindesberg, with travel to testing facilities, mainly in Norway. Start date is by agreement, considering any notice period, and the salary is fixed and market-related. A valid driver’s license (Category B) and Swedish citizenship are required. As the role involves work covered by defense secrecy, you must undergo and pass a security clearance with register check. The position is filled on a rolling basis.
