As a nursing assistant in home care, you play a vital role in direct contact with our users, providing personal care and services such as cleaning and laundry.
The job also includes medical and rehabilitative interventions such as turning patients and medication administration, as well as digital documentation. The work is carried out with great consideration for each user's individual needs. We work with fixed care contacts, meaning you will have primary responsibility for some of the users.
You will be part of a work group consisting of both nursing assistants and care assistants. You contribute positively to the development of the operations in close collaboration with your manager and colleagues. In line with the new Social Services Act 2025, we would appreciate it if you have an interest in working preventively and based on knowledge.
Work is performed according to a schedule including days, evenings, and weekends. Most tasks are performed in the user's home, where you travel by walking, cycling, or driving.

Your personal competencies are characterized by:
- Confidence in your professional role and working from the basic principle of the equal value of all people.
- Being structured and responsible, with the ability to plan independently, take initiative, and identify improvements.
- Being receptive and flexible, with the user's needs at the center.
Of course, you contribute to a positive work climate where cooperation and good treatment towards users, colleagues, other professional groups, and relatives are second nature to you.
