About the position

We at Olivia are currently looking for several assistants who want to work for our client in Tyresö. There is an opportunity to work part-time between 20-50% as well as extra hours when needed.

The working hours that may occur are:

• 09:00-12:30
• 15:00-18:00
• 20:00-23:00

About the client

The client is a lovely 62-year-old man with Parkinsonism. He lives with his partner and has an interest in technology. He enjoys going for walks and stopping for a coffee break occasionally.

The duties are as follows:

• Support with daily routines
• Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
• Exercise
• Mobility assistance using a turner
• Practical support in daily activities

About you:

We believe that you who apply for the position are a warm and caring person who enjoys meeting people and has a natural ability to put others' needs first. You are empathetic and meet people with respect and commitment. As a person, you are also calm and attentive with a genuine interest in contributing to a sense of security.

Requirements:

• You are a non-smoker
• You have experience in personal assistance or within healthcare and social care

Employment level: Part-time to extra

Number of positions: 3

Start date: Immediately - Interviews are conducted continuously and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.

Things to consider before applying:

A prerequisite for starting employment at Olivia is that you can present a valid ID and submit a tax certificate (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the tax certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website.

Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record). From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
