At Vasaboden, we create personalized gifts using embroidery or engraving. We are now looking for a key person for our embroidery production and warehouse/packing team – a practical team player who wants to learn an exciting craft and keep our workflow organized!

About the role and your responsibilities

As a production employee, you will have an active and varied daily routine where you work with both your hands and digital machines. You will become an important part of ensuring our customers' orders are perfect, from the base product, through processing, to the final packed shipment.

Your main tasks include:

• Operating our embroidery machines to create personalized gifts and promotional products.
• Receiving incoming goods deliveries, unpacking, and organizing items in our warehouse.
• Performing some assembly of sports awards, such as trophies, medals, and statuettes, so they are ready for delivery.
• Packaging and shipping completed orders so they reach our customers in perfect condition.

Please note that we experience periods of high workload with many tasks in progress simultaneously.

Who we are looking for

We believe that the right attitude, attention to detail, and team spirit weigh heavier than a perfect CV. If you are practical, enjoy active work, and have an eye for detail, you will fit perfectly with us.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Good computer skills: You feel comfortable in digital environments as our embroidery machines are controlled via computer programs.
• Practical manual skills and attention to detail: You enjoy working with your hands, are precise in your execution, and appreciate order and tidiness.
• A strong willingness to learn: You are curious and unpretentious – we will teach you everything you need to know about the machines, embroidery techniques, and assembly on site!
• Natural drive and interest in developing/renewing processes and routines for greater efficiency.
• Very good Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Stress resistance and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without things becoming chaotic.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Previous experience with embroidery, textile handling, assembly, or warehouse work.

What we offer

You will become part of a tight-knit and unpretentious team of 6-8 people where we pitch in where needed and support each other. We have a collective agreement with Handels and a wellness allowance to contribute to good health.

We organize activities regularly to maintain team strength at all levels.
