About the position

We are currently looking for personal assistants for our customers in Stockholm. We are looking for both those interested in a permanent position and those who wish to work as casual employees on an as-needed basis. As a casual employee, you cover for regular assistants when they are absent, for example due to illness, vacation, or other leave. Therefore, it is important that you are flexible and able to work with short notice when needs arise.

What does a typical day look like?
As a personal assistant, you provide individually tailored support and accompany the customer in their daily life based on their needs and wishes. The tasks vary and can range from support at home to accompanying the customer to activities, appointments, and various social situations.
Working hours vary and include day, evening, and night shifts on both weekdays and weekends.
The tasks include among other things:
Support with daily routines and household chores
Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals
Practical support in daily activities
Mobility assistance
Scope: Varying employment levels 25-100%
Number of positions: 3 part-time positions, 4 casual employees
Start date: Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.
Things to consider before applying:
A prerequisite for starting employment at Olivia is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID and submit a Swedish tax certificate (Personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the tax certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website.
To work as a personal assistant with us, you must be at least 18 years old. The age requirement follows the regulations regarding personal assistance, escort, and relief in the LSS Act and the Social Insurance Code.
To work with children and young people under 18, you must present a certificate of no criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply meaning that the register check will include both a certificate of no criminal record and a certificate of suspicion. The certificates are ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so orders should be made well in advance.
