We are now looking for an engaged and skilled PDI Technician for heavy vehicles at Hammar Maskin AB, an established industrial company just outside Borås.

Job Description
As a PDI Technician (Pre-Delivery Inspection), you will be responsible for performing inspections of new products before they are delivered to our customers. Examples of tasks: • Perform PDI inspections according to established guidelines. • Identify, document, and report any defects or deficiencies. • Collaborate with nearby departments to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Qualifications
Are you a technically knowledgeable and solution-oriented person who thrives with varied tasks? Then this might be the role for you. We are looking for someone who has: • Extensive knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including their structure, function, and maintenance. • Very good understanding of electrical systems in heavy vehicles is important. • Documented experience with heavy vehicles, as a driver or mechanic, as well as good familiarity with shunting and similar tasks. • Computer proficiency in the Office suite. • Forklift license and experience handling heavy loads with counterbalance forklifts. As a person, you are: • Meticulous and attentive to detail. • Self-motivated and responsible. • A good communicator with high integrity. • Fluent in Swedish and English; multilingual skills are a plus.
