About the role
As a Spare Parts Advisor, you are responsible for ordering, receiving, and following up on spare parts for our service workshop. You ensure that the correct parts are in place before scheduled workshop visits by checking deliveries and preparing upcoming jobs. In your daily work, you serve as a key support to our technicians regarding spare parts and availability, while also contributing to good order and structure in the warehouse and workflows.
You primarily work with the service workshop, but also support the body shop when needed. The role also involves some customer contact where you assist customers with spare parts-related questions and contribute to a professional and positive customer experience. Through close collaboration with the workshop, body shop, and customer reception, you are a vital part of creating an efficient workflow and ensuring that our customers receive high-quality service.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the market's leading car brands – VAG, Volvo, BMW, MINI, and NIO – in a professional workshop environment where development and collaboration are at the center.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
- Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written)
- Experience working with TACDIS and Automaster
Merits:
- Previous experience working with VAG, Volvo, BMW, MINI, or NIO.

Mechanum is an authorized car workshop that, since its inception in 2008, has actively worked to change customers' perception of our industry by offering car service and body repair at a quality and service level you have never experienced before. We are currently authorized for 15 brands. Mechanum has strong owners with long-term ambitions. To succeed, we need to recruit meticulous, service-oriented, and innovative people to our operations.
The position is full-time, 07:00–16:00, at our facility in Tagene, with a start date to be agreed upon. A 6-month probation period applies.
