We are looking for you with experience welding black steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, who wants to work and develop in a highly varied production environment with significant personal responsibility and a culture focused on improvement.

About the role

In this role, you will work with welding black steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, primarily in short production series of 1-10 pieces per batch for our customers across various industries. We specialize in low volume and high mix with high quality standards, where you are a crucial factor for our success.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG/MAG, TIG, or other common welding methods on black steel, stainless steel, and aluminum according to specifications.
• Read and interpret drawings, welding procedures, and work instructions.
• Prepare materials through cutting, grinding, and assembly prior to welding.
• Perform quality checks and self-inspections, and report deviations.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain an efficient production flow and identify/share best practices.
• Participate in workplace improvement initiatives and follow current occupational health and safety regulations.
• Contribute to documentation of completed work and material traceability.

Qualifications and Experience

• Basic training in MIG/MAG and/or TIG.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good physical fitness for practical work.

Employment Type and Working Hours

• Permanent position.
• Full-time, working hours by agreement; shift work may occur.
• Collective agreement, occupational pension, and insurance according to current agreements.
