We are looking for a driven and goal-oriented Production Manager for our facility in Örarna and Bergnäset!

You have a holistic view of the department's development needs and ensure it succeeds in its mission.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Production Manager at Stenvalls Trä, you will report to the Production Manager for Saw, Planing Mill, and Rolling Machines. You ensure that current procedures are followed and are responsible for leading and distributing work within your area of operations, where you delegate tasks within the occupational health and safety area as part of your personnel responsibility.

The role also includes actively participating in Stenvalls' improvement work together with management. You work with control, coordination, and strategic planning, as well as follow-up and personnel issues, with the goal of making the department efficient and profitable. You tackle your tasks with a solution-focused approach, collaborating closely with other management levels both at your own facility and our other sites, and assisting in matters regarding growth, results, and development.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the team towards set goals.
• Ensure that occupational health and safety regulations are followed.
• Motivate and develop employees by creating clear goals and providing continuous feedback.
• Document and follow up on work processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.
• Actively participate in and contribute to the department's strategic planning and improvement work.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Documented experience in leading and developing teams, preferably with personnel responsibility.
• Good ability to plan, structure, and prioritize.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience using digital systems for planning and follow-up.
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

We are a genuine family business that started as a carpentry shop in Sikfors in Norrbotten in 1947. A village surrounded by forest, a forest that we have used and processed since then. It is no exaggeration to say that we are at home in the forest and that we truly care for our homeland.
