About the Role

As a Service Manager, you have a key role on the department with a coordinating function for the daily work. You are responsible for the planning and implementation of maintenance projects within control installations. You have overall responsibility for delivery and contribute to ensuring our projects are carried out with the right quality, cost, and time. The assignments involve preventive and corrective maintenance of control installations as well as renewals of electrical installations covering local networks to national grids. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a free and varied daily routine where you combine technology, customer dialogue, and resource coordination.

Examples of tasks include:

• Plan and follow up on time, resources, and economy in assignments
• Coordinate employees, contractors, and customers
• Responsible for purchasing materials and services
• Handle supplier contacts and technical specifications
• Develop implementation plans and documentation
• Report status and results before, during, and after assignments
• Follow up on economy, regulation, and documentation for invoicing

Requirements

We are looking for you who is a confident and clear leader with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. To succeed in the role, it is important that you can create structure and prioritize. You are communicative, meticulous, and enjoy collaborating with various actors.

We know that you will develop together with us. However, we would like you to already have:

• High school education in electrical engineering or equivalent knowledge
• Experience in electric power. Preferably within service, maintenance, and corrective action of control installations and associated high-voltage equipment
• Experience in project management or service management
• Good computer skills
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English
• Class B driver's license

It is meritorious if you also have:

• Engineering education in electric power
• Experience in technical project management within control installations and high-voltage installations
