About the Role

At us, you work in a future-oriented industry with a strong focus on a sustainable future. We need more energy heroes, and now we are looking for a Service Manager who wants to join the journey! As a Service Manager, you have a key role in the department with a coordinating function for daily work. You are responsible for the planning and execution of maintenance projects within control installations. You have overall responsibility for delivery and contribute to ensuring our projects are carried out with the right quality, cost, and time. The assignments involve preventive and corrective maintenance of control installations as well as renewals of electrical installations covering local networks to the national grid. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a free and varied daily routine where you combine technology, customer dialogue, and resource coordination.

Examples of tasks include:

• Plan and monitor time, resources, and economy in assignments
• Coordinate employees, contractors, and customers
• Responsible for purchasing materials and services
• Handle supplier contacts and technical specifications
• Develop execution plans and supporting documents
• Report status and results before, during, and after assignments
• Monitor economy, regulation, and documentation for invoicing

Requirements

We are looking for you who is a confident and clear leader with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. To succeed in the role, it is important that you can create structure and prioritize. You are communicative, careful, and enjoy collaborating with various actors.

We know you will develop together with us. However, we would like you to already have:

• Upper secondary education in electrical engineering or equivalent knowledge
• Experience within electricity power. Preferably within service, maintenance, and fault correction of control installations and associated high-voltage equipment
• Experience in project management or service management
• Good computer skills
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English
• Driver's license class B

It is meritorious if you also have:

• University degree in electrical engineering
• Experience in technical project management within control installations and high-voltage installations
