Your role

As a Car Rental Agent, you will manage our customers' rental experience from start to finish, including booking, pickup, return, car washing, damage inspection, and refueling.

Your responsibilities

• Customer interactions at the counter, via phone, and email.
• Active needs analysis and upselling of SIXT products.
• Risk assessment.
• Establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Damage inspection.
• Vehicle care and preparation.
• Delivery of rental cars.

Requirements

• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid Category B driver's license with at least one year of experience and manual transmission capability.
• Good computer skills.
